I am a man of routine. I definitely think having a steady routine helps me to be productive and keeps me motivated. I’m not someone who can just go with the flow, I have to have a plan… a organised schedule. Because I’ve been doing some intermittent fasting I start the day off with a black coffee no sugar @Nespresso I had a model booked in to film some content for @Rascals Hair Products as well, I’ve been spending some time recently trying to up my game with the aesthetic of my haircut videos, I’ve got quite a lot back logged so you should notice this soon 😅 Whether I go to the gym or not I always have my electrolytes, @Humantra are the best in my opinion, they have the best flavours and it also mixes really well. I haven’t been super motivated with the gym recently but I’m just making sure I’m sticking to it through the winter. I’ve been going to Fix in Manchester they’ve got a great set up in there with the sauna and ice baths, it’s had a lot of care and attention put into it and it’s definitely a premium experience. They’ve got 2 ice baths in there a 10 degree one and a 6 degree one. And finally me and Lucy have been binging the Harry Potter films. Decided the half blood prince is definitely the best out the lot, goblet of fire is a close second.
