Heat heavy cream, butter, herbs, salt, black pepper and in a medium saucepan over low heat until butter is melted and mixture has just a few wisps of smoke, about 5 minutes. Stir in all but 1/4 cup of the grated parmesan cheese. 4. Meanwhile, thinly slice each of the potatoes using a mandoline slicer to about ⅛” thick, then gather the slices into a loose stack and transfer to the prepared baking dish at a diagonal. Continue with remaining potatoes, fitting in the stacks in a fanned pattern without overlapping too much. 5. Pour the infused cream mixture over the potatoes, then cover tightly with greased aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. 6. Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked through and the cream mixture has thickened around the edges. 7. Here's how: Ingredients 3-4 cups turkey cooked and meat chopped up 4 celery stalks, chopped 2 tbsp parsley 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp dried sage 4 carrots, peeled and chopped 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/8 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp olive oil 5 cups of chicken stock (or turkey gravy if you have leftovers-add water to the gravy to make it 5 cups) 1/2 cup of water 1 1/2 tsp dill 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water, make a slurry Place a large stock pot over med heat and add add all of the ingredients except the cornstarch slurry. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until carrots are fork tender. Add in the slurry to thicken. Follow the next steps. Ingredients for dumplings 2 cups 1.1 GF flour 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1 tbsp parsley 3 tbsp butter, melted 1 tsp dill 1 1/4 cup of milk In a bowl add the flour, baking powder, dill, salt and parsley. In a mixing bowl add all of the liquids, Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated. With a 1”-2” scoop, scoop the dumplings into the turkey mixture. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon until fully combined. 4. Roll out the crescent dough triangles. Brush one side of each triangle with the French toast mixture. Place a cooked sausage link at the wide end of the crescent triangle and roll toward the smaller end, enclosing the sausage. 5.
