everyday I show up with the mental note of “I’ll do the bare minimum - 5 minutes today, no more” This mindset gives me: 🙏🏽room for giving myself grace if I realize 5 minutes is all I can do, 🤯room for expansion/impressing myself if I realize 5 minutes was a breeze, and 🙌🏽room for confidence when I realize that I’ve been showing up daily even if only for 5 minutes.
