Biggest Tortoise he has ever seen😳 Getting to feed these giants is always a blast🙌 They’re gentle giants and this guy is over 100 years old🤯 I’m sure he has seen more then we could even imagine, if only they could tell their story😅 Such a beautiful and peaceful animal, maybe their lax lifestyle is the key to living a long life🧐😁

Just got bit by a praying mantis 😳 PSA: These little bites hurt a lot more than you would think 😂 Honestly didn’t expect her to go for my finger but I guess after laying two egg sacs, those protective momma instincts were still elevated😅 Can’t even be mad, she’s a good momma 🐛👊

Having fun with Gilly the Black Dragon🤩 We have had this guy since he was a little baby and have seen his personality blossom over the years🥰 He's definitely more on the chill side but he still has those strong hunter instincts whenever you put food in front of him😳 He's very smart and Asian water monitors are actually known to recognize their keepers and owners🤯

JOLLY GREEN MEETS BABY GREEN❤️😝 I absolutely love Green Iguanas 🦎 they come from South America & did you know that green iguanas are expert climbers?🧗👀 They can easily scale trees and even fences! What’s even more interesting…. Did you know they have a third eye on top of their head?!🤯 This ‘parietal eye’ helps them detect predators from above! They also have a powerful tail they use for defense and can hold their breath underwater for up to 30 minutes. 😱🌊 If you live or ever visited florida then tell me, have you ever spotted one basking in the sun 🌞? When you work with animals, stuff happens…. literally!😅 My friend was holding Frank our biggest monitor lizard and out of nowhere… 💩💥 Let’s just say he left a “big” impression on him and right before he had to go to the airport😭 You never know what’s coming when you're working with wild animals, and moments like these are all part of the job! 😂🦎 Still wouldn’t trade it for anything🙌

SNAKE LOSES AN EYE......Cap 😅 Snakes actually can’t close their eyes because they have no eye lids! 🤯 which means they never blink and sleep with their eyes open 👁️ Instead they have a special clear scale, on their eye that protects it 🙌Sometimes these eye scales get stuck and thats why I was helping this snake here 😊 glad I could help

KOMODO DRAGON BEEF😳 Komodo dragons follow a dominance-based hierarchy, especially when it comes to feeding👀 The largest and most dominant individuals eat first, asserting their status through size and aggression🤯 Smaller Komodos must wait their turn, and keep a safe distance to avoid injury😅 They will even climb trees to stay out of the way🙌

That did not feel good😅 I rarely get bit but when you’re constantly dealing with animals it’s bound to happen sometimes and I am honestly more surprised I haven’t been bit more🙌 In the monitors defense my thumb does a look a lot like some chicken🥲 These monitor lizards may look skinny but they have so much power in that small body of theirs and can move around very quickly👀

Nature can both be cruel and beautiful🤩 This big rainbow python is absolute beauty and the sun really brings out those vibrant colors she has🙌 She is truly a one of a kind beauty and and I can't but appreciate it🙌

DANGER NOODLE ALERT 🚨‼️Check out my beautiful Albino Western Diamondback Rattlesnake & he definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed 🛌💤Did you guys know that their rattle is actually made of keratin ?! Yep you read that right! Keratin is the protein that helps support human fingernails 😅 All Rattlesnakes are born with one button on their tail, and a new segment is added to the base of the rattle each time they shed their skin🐍 One of the biggest misconceptions about rattlesnakes is when they do rattle most people think of it as a threat but in reality you should think of it as a courtesy warning ⚠️ 🙌 In the wild , it is the snake’s way of telling would-be/ potential predators or large herbivores, to simply adjust their path of travel so that way they don’t get crushed and or stepped on👊🙌🐍

Caught this incredible moment of a rattlesnake drinking water up close! 💧🐍 You can see every detail of of those beautiful scales😳 Such a beautiful Eastern Daimondback Rattlesnake🤩 Nature’s design is unreal, and watching a rattlesnake this calm and focused is something I don’t get to see every day! ✨🌀

Feeding a pygmy hippo today and I can’t get over how cool and adorable they are! 🦛🥬 These little guys are so unique unlike their larger cousins, pygmy hippos are much smaller, more reclusive, and prefer forested swamps and rivers instead of open water. 🌿🌊 They’re native to West Africa and are considered endangered due to habitat loss and poaching 😢. While regular hippos live in big social groups and spend most of their time in the water, pygmy hippos are more solitary and spend a lot of time on land. Watching this one munch on his veggies was honestly such a peaceful and special moment! 🥰💚

Spending the day with a squad of big, beautiful macaws🦜 These majestic birds are so vibrant, and full of character🤩 it was an absolute blast holding and hanging out with them. Once a macaw chooses its mate, they actually stay together for life😅 They preen each other, share food, and even fly close together in the wild!🐦💚

OH SNAP 🫰🏻 This guy was not having it today 😆 Snapping turtles aren’t known to be the nicest critters though!

Dolphins are such amazing and intelligent animals🤩 I don’t get to work with them too much and I do not know much about them but their intelligence has always amazed me🤯 They’re very beautiful animals and are considered among the second most intelligent animal with humans being number one😅

It’s all about trust with animals😁 I have raised Gilly since he was a little baby and although I could never say how he feels about me😅 I do know how to make him feel comfortable🙌 Most of the time animals just want to feel that they are safe and that means that they are planted somehow😁
