I'm not even lying, this Chili Lime Flank Steak with Chimichurri is Dan-O-Myte! 🤯 🔥 Ingredients for the Marinade: - 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Chili Lime - Juice of 5 limes - 1/4 cup honey - 1/4 cup olive oil - 2 to 3 pounds skirt steak Ingredients for the Chimichurri: - 2 tbsp Dan-O's Chili Lime - 1 bunch curly parsley (leaves only) - 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (include stems) - 1 head garlic (peeled and minced) - 1 red Fresno pepper (seeds removed and finely chopped) - 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar - 1/2 cup olive oil Instructions: 1. Marinate the Steak - Juice the limes into a bowl. - Add honey, Dan-O’s Chili Lime, and olive oil to the lime juice. Mix well. - Place the skirt steak in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over it. - Ensure the steak is coated. - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 2. Prepare the Chimichurri - Remove and chop the curly parsley leaves and cilantro (with stems). - In a bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, and chopped Fresno pepper. - Add balsamic vinegar, Dan-O's seasoning, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly. - Let the Chimichurri sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors. 3. Well, let me show you guys the best Shrimp Ceviche you'll ever try and it only takes 30min! 🤩 🔥 Ingredients - 2 ½ tbsp Dan-O’s Chili Lime -½ tbsp Dan-O’s Chipotle - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined -Juice of 2 oranges -Juice of 2 lemons - Juice of 4 limes - 1 ripe mango, diced - 4 Roma tomatoes, diced - 2 jalapeños, diced (or adjust to taste) - ¼ bushel cilantro, chopped (include stems) - 1 onion, diced Instructions Prepare the Shrimp: In a pot, add the juices of the oranges, lemons, and limes. Then add 2 tbsp of the Dan-O’s Chili Lime. - Take a cutting board specifically for shrimp. Remove shells and tails from the shrimp. - Lay the shrimp out and stack them slightly. Cut into small pieces. Cook the Shrimp: Bring the citrus juices to a boil. - Add the shrimp to the boiling juices and turn off the heat. - Stir the shrimp to ensure they are well coated and submerged in the juice. - Transfer the mixture to a bowl, make sure the shrimp is still submerged and place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to chill and finish cooking. Make the Ceviche: In a large bowl combine the diced mango, tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro, and onion. Combine Ingredients: After 30 minutes, remove the shrimp mixture from the freezer. - Add the shrimp mixture to the ceviche. - Mix everything together gently. - Sprinkle generously the remaining Dan-O’s Chili Lime and Dan-O’s Chipotle.
