Of course the lore frequent, the quicker youll lock it in🤲🏽 ultimately everyone is different woth different strength levels, and i started out WEAK weak as you could see so if i could do it then you definitely can🫀 i did 3 sets AMRAP whenever i rememebered a couple tiems a week (took me around 3/4 months but i wasn’t always consistent) #calisthenics #pushups #pushup
super duper-uper requested😭😭 but ye just a couple to help build grip strength, easy for beginners too. for pull ups, any variation will do (assisted machine/banded), just do what you can manage even if it’s a rep or two. the idea is to keep getting your hands used to hanging, and holding onto heavier weight.
