To accomplish a recomp these 4 things must be in place: 🍗 Protein, be sure you’re getting 1 g of protein per pound of goal weight. 💪 Following a good training program that will help you build the muscle without under training or over training. 📉 Create a small caloric deficit. This is where people go wrong and their macros end up incorrect for their body. I see it all the time as a coach. If you’d like a quick way to figure yours out, in a separate comment say macros and I’ll get the info to you. 🚴‍♂️ Quit doing so much cardio, you’re cardioing off the muscle you’re building. 😍 Please show @Lexi some love.❤️ Be sure to add her & @claremorrow_ifbbpro also for more fitness tips. We are all so proud of her. She said to me recently that for the first time in her life, her hips measure bigger than her waist. I wanted to cry when I heard that.😭 We completely revamped her nutrition & her macros to make them correct for her body. Most often when I look at someone’s macros, they’re completely incorrect for their goals. Drop the word macros if you want me to look at your macros. Lexi was also eating all the wrong foods, so we added more protein to her plan. She consumes mostly natural foods now and her body has responded really well. Next I designed a training program that was doable for her, and then she ran with it. 🤗 She trains 5x a week splitting up her body parts. Lexi stuck to her plan and has been grinding for just over a year now I’m so so proud of her. #transformation #Fitness #fitgoals #fitnesstips #fitnessinspiration #workoutmotivation
