So here are some tips that will help you along your way… ➡️ Address your nutrition first, it is 80% diet to see results, and you cannot outrun your fork. Lol. 🤪 ➡️ strength training is key to longevity. Muscle is not just for aesthetics, it’s also very metabolic & very good for your health. Drop the word out if you want a guide on how much to work out to see results. Did you know you lose 8% of your muscle every decade over the age of 40 until you get to 70 and then 15%? Yeah, that’s why you see grandma & grandpa walking around hunched over because they’ve lost so much muscle naturally. 🥺 But nowadays, this can be prevented with eating enough protein, strength training and… ➡️ BHRT is extremely helpful as we get older.
