MAKE YOUR OWN JELLYCAT RAINBOW BIRTHDAY CAKE! I’m not much of a baker but this cake came out extremely adorable (and tasty I might add!) Recipe below and thank you for the tip on how to prevent each colored layer from burning @Emmy Zhou75! Ingredients: • vanilla cake mix • purple, yellow, pink and green food coloring • vanilla icing • rainbow sprinkles Instructions: 1. Prepare your cake mix batter. 2. Lay out four 6 inch tins and wrap the bottoms and sides with tinfoil. Please a small circular piece of parchment paper at the bottom of each tin. 3. Separate the cake batter evenly into the four tins. 4. Add a drop of food coloring to each tin to create one purple layer, one yellow layer, one pink layer and one green layer. 5. Place the green layer down first and then spread some icing on the top. Add the yellow layer and then some icing on the top. Next the pink layer, and then some icing on the top. And finally the purple layer and then fully ice the top so it is covered. 6.
