Plus or minus, ipheng botlhale 👇🏾 🧁 4 Eggs 🧁 1 cup of Castor sugar 🧁 100g butter - this might actually slightly above necessary, use your discretion 🧁 1 cup of milk 🧁 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract 🧁2 teaspoons of baking powder 🧁 pinch of salt 🧁1.5 cups of flour 🧁 for frosting- 250g icing sugar + 100g white margarine + 1 tablespoon of lemon juice + 1 teaspoon of water 🧁 Rainbow sprinkles to decorate Method - as seen in the video, tsone di ancestors; separate egg whites from yolk and beat them with castor sugar until you get a meringue consistency. You can melt the butter and mix it with milk, and then add to the batter. Add egg yolks. Mix the dry ingredients and fold them into the batter. Do not overmix, but ensure there are no lumps. Bake for about 20minutes 160 degrees Celsius until golden. Use toothpick or butter knife to check if ready by picking into the cupcake. Don’t open the oven until they’re golden (air can make the cakes crack as they rise).
