BOYCOTT LEXUS HUNZA. The way the management, especially the General Manager, deals with guests is completely unacceptable for a luxury resort. The General Manager lacks basic etiquette and has no idea how to handle guest concerns. Instead of offering solutions, the General Manager was dismissive and rude. It was shocking to see someone in such a senior position behave so unprofessionally. The rest of the staff seemed equally untrained, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. For a resort that claims to be high-end, the management is a disgusting. The people who’s in support for me are requested to boycott This hotel and resort as well
