let’s make baymax mango sticky rice 🍚 ingredients 1-2 mangos 1.5 cups sticky rice 1 can coconut milk 1/2 cup sugar Cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water) Black sesame (to garnish) recipe 1. cook your sticky rice according to the package. I use my rice cooker but you can also steam it on your stovetop. 2. while your rice is cooking, pour one can of coconut milk and 1/2 cup sugar into a pot over medium heat. stir until sugar is dissolved. 3. once rice is done, mix in 1 cup of the coconut mixture. 4. add your cornstarch slurry to the remaining coconut mixture and stir until it thickens to make our sauce. 5. slice your mango and use plastic wrap to shape baymax out of the sticky rice. you can use candy melts to pipe out his face. garnish with black sesame seeds and enjoy!
