My QUICK Cheesy Stuffed Garlic Naan 😁 FULL RECIPE Below ❤️⤵️ Dough 📝 - 1½ cups plain Greek yoghurt, - 1½ cups self-raising flour (+ extra as needed), - Generous pinch salt, - 1 tbsp olive oil, Cheese Filling 📝 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella, - 1 cup shredded cheddar, - Optional: garlic powder, oregano, Garlic Brown Butter 📝 - 2-4 tbsp butter, - 1–2 garlic cloves, minced, - 3 tbsp thinly sliced spring onions, - Squeeze lemon juice, - ¾ tsp chilli flakes, - 1½ tbsp chopped coriander to finish, - Additional Salt, to finish, Method 👨🍳 1. Make Dough – Mix yoghurt, flour, salt & olive oil until combined. Knead 5 mins until smooth. Rest 20 mins for best texture. 2. Garlic Brown Butter – Melt butter, add garlic & spring onions, cook until lightly golden and fragrant. Off heat, stir in lemon juice & chilli flakes. Set aside. 3. Portion & Fill – Divide dough into equal balls. Flatten, add cheese filling, fold to seal, then gently flatten again. 4. Roll Out – Use a rolling pin to widen into thin rounds, keeping cheese evenly distributed. 5. Cook – Heat pan until hot. Cook each naan 2–3 mins per side until golden, blistered, and cooked through. 6. Finish – Brush hot naan with garlic butter, sprinkle with coriander & finishing salt. Serve warm. The ONLY Marry Me Chicken Pasta Recipe you’ll ever need 😁❤️ PS, you can customise this, but for 3 very generous bowls, I used ⤵️ Chicken 📝: - 2 large chicken breasts, cut into small pieces, - Generous Olive oil, - 1 tsp smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, - Generous Salt & pepper, Sauce 📝: - Small knob butter + olive oil as needed, - 1 small shallot, finely diced, - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped, - 2 tbsp tomato paste, - ¼ cup white wine (optional), - 1½ cups chicken stock, - ⅓ cup sun-dried, chopped, - 1–3 cups heavy cream (as needed), - ½ tsp chili flakes, dried oregano + 2 sprigs fresh thyme (finely chopped), - 1 cup grated parmesan, - 300–500g pasta + some reserved pasta water, - 2 big handfuls baby spinach, - Basil, thinly sliced, - Extra lemon zest, - Salt & pepper to taste, Method 👨🍳: 1. Mix chicken with olive oil & seasonings listed. Let chicken marinate while you prep other ingredients. 2. Heat pan & sear chicken 3-5 mins, stirring occasionally until golden, but not yet fully cooked through. Remove & set aside. 3. Lower heat. Add butter + a bit more oil. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic & stir for 30 secs. 4. Add tomato paste, cook 2–3 mins until caramelised. Deglaze with white wine & let reduce. If not using wine, deglaze with stock. 5. Add stock, then simmer until reduced by least half. Meanwhile begin cooking pasta. 6. Add sun-dried tomatoes, cream, chili flakes, oregano & thyme. Simmer 5–7 mins until thickened. 7. Add chicken back to sauce. Mix. Then add parmesan cheese along with cooked pasta and some pasta water. Stir & toss. 8. Fold in spinach. Finish with fresh basil, extra lemon zest & more salt if needed.
