I decided i wanted to try to do an unmedicated birth early on in my pregnancy and although i was in labor for about 24 hours and almost threw in the towel and got the epidural (which i think is totally fine btw) when i got to the hospital i was 10cm and didnt have time to get it 😂 i pushed for 15 min and ended up completing the journey unmedicated like i wanted. sharing this again because its the perfect thing to make tomorrow for CHRISTMAS EVE!!! Chocolate peppermint edible cookie dough! 1/2 cup softened butter 1 cup sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1.5 Tbs milk 2/3 cup heat treated AP flour 1/2 tsp peppermint extract 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1 package andies mints, crushed Cream butter and sugar together in a stand mixer or using a hand mixer. at the rest of the ingredients, except the Andies mints and mix and tail combined.
