Looking back at that moment of my life, knowing how much pain and embarrassment I endured being “outted” by people I thought were my friends, was actually the biggest hug the universe could’ve given me. I desperately needed help. I publicly recovered from not only 3 different ED’s in outpatient recovery, but I also got to heal from a 4 year long @busivè relationship that I essentially developed Stockholm Syndrome from, stopped hanging out with people who would talk about me as soon as I left the table, and shared it all on social media helping millions of women and people going through similar circumstances. #normalizenormalbodies #MentalHealthAwareness #edrecoveryjourney
My intention is NOT to dismiss other peoples experiences because I 100% believe them. But there are not enough positive experiences about getting their mirena out being told #mirena #mirenacrash #mirenaiud #endo #interstitialcystisis
This post isn’t for sympathy. It’s for visibility. Because people with dynamic disabilities deserve understanding, access, and care—even when our struggles aren’t always visible. If you relate, I see you. If you don’t, I hope this helped you see us a little more clearly. #invisibleillness #ChronicIllnessAwareness #InvisibleDisability #FlareDayReality #SpoonieLife
