Method Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Add 1 tsp soy sauce, minced garlic & ginger to the diced chicken then coat in cornflour. Spray with low calorie spray and air fry on 190C for 14 mins turning half way and spraying with more low calorie spray. In a large bowl mix the microwave rice with the grated carrot and peas, then pour over the dark soy and sweet chilli sauce. Mix well then air fry on 200C for 5 mins, give it a good stir half way. Glaze: 2 heaped tbsp sweet chilli sauce, 1 tsp dark soy, 1 tsp honey & squeeze of lemon juice Method Season the chicken with 1 tsp soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Dip into the whisked egg or egg white then cornflour. Spray with low calorie spray and air fry on 190C for 14-16 mins or until cooked, turning half way and spraying again. (I place mine on parchment paper or else it sticks!). In the meantime spray a pan with low calorie spray and fry the onion sand peppers for a few mins to soften. Add your cooked chips along with the Chinese for spice, sweetener and 1 tsp soy sauce and mix well. Plate up, add the glaze to the pan along with 2 tbsp water and cook on high until it bubbles. Air fry on 190C for 15 mins, shaking every 5 mins. For the bolognese fry the onion and mushrooms in oil spray for a few mins to soften then add the beef mince and fry for a further 3-4 mins. Add the passsta, beef stock, black pepper, mixed herbs, bay leaf, garlic granules & sugar along with 250ml of boiling water. Mix well and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the water has evaporated then remove the bay leaf. 12 DAYS OF HEALTHY FESTIVE RECIPES 🍔🎄 Day 2 - Smashed festive tacos 🥵 Turkey, Brie, bacon and cranberry with a dusting of sage & onion stuffing for a crispy texture sensation, then drizzled with gravy 😮💨 Macros 598 calories 56gP / 22gF / 42gC Serves: 1 Shopping list ✍️ - 160g lean turkey mince - 1 tsp mixed herbs - 1/2 tsp garlic granules or powder - Salt & pepper - 20g Brie - 2 bacon rashers - 2 heaped tsp cranberry sauce - 2 tsps sage & onion stuffing Method Cook the bacon, slice and set aside. Press the turkey mince down evenly between the two mini tortilla wraps then season with salt, pepper, mixed herbs & garlic granules. Spray a pan with oil then fry on the meat side first for 3-4 mins out until cooked, flip then cook for a further minute. Place the brie in the middle of each taco then heat under the grill.
