Steak - 10oz steak 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp black pepper Olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp butter 3 cloves garlic Parsley flakes Pasta - 1 tsp salt 150g uncooked pasta Pasta sauce blended in bowl - 150ml evaporated milk 15g parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp black pepper Pasta sauce in pan: 100 ml beef stock 45g cream cheese 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
