Eating a TRASH Fish! Full recipe below: Pat your cleaned mackerel dry with a paper towel, then place on a baking sheet with aluminum or parchment paper. Then spread on your chili oil evenly across each fish. Put some inside the cavity of the fish if you’d like. Finish with a sprinkle of saltless lemon pepper, and broil for 8-10 minutes in the oven until the skin is lightly charred. Use a spatula to gently remove the fish from the sheet, being careful not to tear the skin!
