Wszystko się świetnie komponuje i mamy duże pole do wyboru własnych kompozycji • smakuje zaskakująco dobrze - z zewnątrz chrupiący, a środek delikatny, rozpływający się w ustach (sernik nie jest twardy) 🤤😋 • do serników mamy 8 różnych posypek do wyboru i m.in. 4 rzemieślnicze polewy 🫗 • my kupiliśmy 2 różne serniki z różnymi dodatkami każdy 🍰 • koszt takiego sernika to 23 zł + 3 zł za posypkę, + 3 zł za polewę • mrożony sernik z maliną, posypką z ciastek korzennych Lotus oraz polewą pistacjową - 10/10! Malina przełamuje słodycz i dzięki niej się aż tak nie zasłodziliśmy 🫠🤌🥰 • mrożony sernik słony karmel z posypką oreo i polewą Kinder Bueno - tutaj już bardzo słodko dla fanów słodkiej rozpusty • nam bardziej smakowała wersja z maliną i polecamy! 🙌 • mają też mrożone banany 🍌 na patyku w czekoladzie, ale nie daliśmy rady spróbować 😅 • przed sezonem są otwarci tylko do końca majówki i w weekendy (od południa do 20), ale sezon planują być otwarci codziennie. PANZEROTTI Sicuro questi vi faranno impazzire perché sono Stra buoni INGREDIENTI: - 500 g farina - 300 ml acqua - 12 g lievito di birra fresco - 20 ml olio - 1 cucchiaino di sale - pizzico di zucchero - mozzarellla qb - salata di pomodoro qb - 1 L di olio di semi iniziamo preparando l'impasto dei panzerotti, mettendo in una ciotola a quel lievito e gli facciamo sciogliere, poi aggiungiamo la farina all'olio il sale e il pizzico di zucchero e prima impastiamo con un cucchiaio e la ciotola e poi continuiamo a impastare sul piano di lavoro fino a ottenere impasto liscio per formare un panetto che facciamo lievitare per due ore. Passato il tempo di lievitazione, ricaviamo altri panetti da 80 g che facciamo riposare per 30 minuti.se andiamo i panetti con il mattarello aggiungiamo la salsa di pomodoro e la mozzarella che abbiamo strizzato e chiudiamo a mezzaluna per bene. Portiamo in temperatura l'olio a 170° e friggiamo fino a doratura i nostri panzerotti. #panzerotti#ricette

The forecast leading up to our hike wasn’t looking good rain, snow, and cold. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little nervous. Wet, freezing conditions for hours? Not ideal. But we weren’t about to let that stop us. We went for it anyway and the weather pulled a complete 180. What started as overcast skies quickly turned into bright blue skies that made the red rocks glow. From the hike in to the Wave itself, everything was stunning. The limited number of daily hikers meant we had plenty of space to soak it all in. The hike itself isn’t too difficult about 7 miles roundtrip with 1,200 ft of elevation gain and the scenery is incredible the entire way. Just past the main formation, there’s a beautiful arch and a second wave-like area that’s equally mesmerizing. This is a multi-state hike that begins in Utah at the Wire Pass Trailhead in Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument and leads into Arizona, where The Wave is located within Vermilion Cliffs National Monument. Hiking 🥾tips: • Plan for at least 6 hours so you have time to explore and relax. • It took us around 1.5 hours to get there, and over 3 hours just taking it all in. • Don’t risk hiking without a permit. Siamo a dieta.. si vede? 🤭🌾 Oggi vi faccio vedere la nuova spesona (dispensa) del mese: dal pane carasau all’hummus, passando per farine di tutti i tipi — perché lo sapete che sto diventando la regina della pasta fatta in casa..🤪🍝 Come vi ho raccontato abbiamo aggiornato la nostra tabella nutrizionale con la nutrizionista (sia io che il Cianci), e di conseguenza è cambiata anche la spesa: più ragionata, più bilanciata, ma sempre con quel tocco sfizioso che ci piace. In dispensa non mancano mai quei prodotti “furbi” che ci aiutano a preparare i pasti in modo veloce ma sano, qualche coccola per i bambini (che mangiano praticamente come noi) e un bel mix di ingredienti che ci durano tutto il mese. Carne e pesce come vi dico sempre, li prendiamo freschi di volta in volta per Mattia e i bimbi (io sono vegetariana), mentre frutta e verdura le prendiamo vicino casa, settimana per settimana. 🍐🍓 Durante la settimana mangiamo in modo leggero, integrale, strutturato… ma nel weekend ci sta anche la pizza, l’aperitivo, un dolcetto. Perché per me, la chiave, alla fine, è sempre stata questa: equilibrio.
